You can cancel your reservation without any fee 48 hours in advance
( except group bookings ).
Credit card details are required but we don’t ask to pay any deposits upfront (except for group bookings).
We accept payment in cash – CZK or EUR and by credit card.
If you haven’t received the confirmation, send us an email and we will answer asap. I case we don’t answer at all, you email might be in junk mail or there might be some troubles with servers, call us.
Check-in is after 1pm and check-out till 11am. You can leave your bags in our luggage room before and after free of charge.
Yes, you can. Our reception is open 24/7 and staff members are in the hostel all the time.

Towels are available in private rooms ( singles to triple rooms ). For dormitories and bigger private rooms please bring your own towel.
Yes, we do, but only in private rooms (in dormitories might be people with allergies or fear of animals)
Sorry, but we don’t allow stangers to our hostel, only guests.
We do have laundry service for 200 CZK. We will wash, dry and fold your clothes for you.
We have available lockers in every dormitory. You can use your own padlock or one of ours (we ask a deposit for each one). Please note, that we are not responsible for anything in your lockers, even if they are properly locked. You can leave your values in safes at the reception.
Yes you can, but we reccommed to make a reservation before arrival. The hostel can be booked up at specific periods.
You can book a room as private, that means no other guests are allowed in it or you can book a bed/s in dormitory and share the room with other guests. En-suite means the room is equiped with bathroom and toilet.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all indoor hostel areas. We have outdoor facilities for smoking.
Yes we do, but we require full payment upfront for visa confirmation documents.
