What are your cancellation and refund policies in case I want to cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival (except for group bookings).

Can I still book, if I don't have a credit card?

Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation, but no upfront payment is needed (except for group bookings or bookings during high-demand periods).

Can I pay for my room using cash?

We accept payment in cash – CZK or EUR and by credit card.

I haven't received a confirmation. What should I do?

If you haven’t received a confirmation, please send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible. If you don’t receive a reply, your message may have ended up in spam or there may be a technical issue — please give us a call.

What time is check-in and check-out and can I store my luggage before and after check-in/check-out?

Check-in is after 2 pm and check-out before 11 am. You can leave your bags in our luggage room before and after free of charge.

Can I arrive in the middle of the night?

Yes, you can. Our reception is open 24/7 and staff members are in the hostel all the time.

How do I get to the hostel from the airport/train station/bus station?

You can find all the information you need on our website.

Are towels supplied in all rooms?

Towels are available in private rooms (singles to triple rooms). For dormitories and bigger private rooms please bring your own towel or you can rent one at the reception for 50 CZK or 2 €.

Do your hostels accept pets?
Yes, we do — but only in private rooms, as guests in dormitories may have allergies or a fear of animals.
Can I bring guests in, who aren't staying in the hostel?

Sorry, but we don’t allow strangers into the hostel — only registered guests.

Do you have any laundry facilities and how much are they?

We offer a laundry service for 250 CZK or €10. We will wash, dry, and fold your clothes for you.

Do you have any lockers and how much do they cost to use?

Lockers are available in every dorm. You can use your own padlock or borrow one from us (a deposit 100 CZK or 5 € is required). Please note that we are not responsible for items stored in lockers, even if they are locked. For extra security, you can leave your valuables in the safes at reception.

Do you have any events in the hostel?
Can I just turn up to the hostel to book a bed/room?

Please always make an online reservation in advance — even for the same day — as the hostel can fill up quickly during certain periods.

What’s the difference between private room and dormitory and what does en-suite mean?

You can book a private room, which means no other guests will stay in the room, or you can book a bed in a dormitory, sharing the room with other guests. En-suite means the room is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet.

Can I smoke/vape in the hostel?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hostel. A fine of 100 € or 2 500 CZK applies for violations. Outdoor smoking areas are available.

Do you provide confirmation letters for embassies?

Yes, we can provide them, but full payment is required upfront for visa confirmation documents.
